These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ZoneX (the "Game" or "Service"), operated by the PrismArts team ("PrismArts," "we," "us," or "our") at zonextacticalreach.online. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users between 13 and the age of majority in their region must use the Service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on their behalf. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it current. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PrismArts grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to resell, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service.

The Game includes a virtual currency called "credits" that can be earned through gameplay or purchased with real money via PayPal. Credit packs are available in various amounts (for example, 100, 500, 1,000, 5,000, and 10,000 credits).

All purchases of virtual currency are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Virtual currency has no monetary value outside the Game and may not be exchanged for cash or any other item of value. PrismArts may adjust pricing, availability, or the in-game economy at any time without notice.

You agree not to:

• cheat, hack, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party tools;
• use bots, scripts, or automation to gain an unfair advantage;
• send abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, or otherwise unlawful content in multiplayer chat;
• impersonate another person, including PrismArts staff;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Game; or
• use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

We reserve the right to moderate chat, remove content, and take action against accounts that violate these rules, up to permanent termination.

The Game, including its software, graphics, audio, text, the "ZoneX" name and logo, and all related content, is owned by PrismArts and protected by intellectual property laws. Your gameplay progress, statistics, and virtual items are tied to your account but remain subject to these Terms and do not confer any ownership of the underlying assets.

The Service includes real-time multiplayer matches, a persistent shared world, and in-game chat. Chat messages are visible to other players and may be processed to maintain a safe environment. You are solely responsible for the content you send. Multiplayer features depend on network conditions and may be interrupted, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, if you violate these Terms or if we believe your conduct harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, and you may lose access to your account, progress, and virtual items.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times. Any virtual currency or items may be lost due to technical issues, account termination, or changes to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrismArts and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, progress, virtual items, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrismArts and its team from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your conduct, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the PrismArts team operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do. Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
